Jordan Kofman

Jordan Kofman is a litigator focused on a broad range of commercial disputes. He takes a practical, results-oriented approach to complex legal challenges, helping businesses and individuals resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Jordan earned his BA from Western University before completing his JD at Queen’s University. He articled at one of Canada’s top personal injury firms and spent nine years there representing seriously injured clients in cases against the country’s largest insurers. Jordan now applies the same disciplined and practical strategies to commercial litigation. Since 2023, he has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch.

Before law, Jordan worked as a policy advisor for the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services, gaining valuable insight into public policy and regulatory frameworks that informs his legal practice today.

Jordan has strong ties to the Collingwood community, where he spent every winter growing up. A former competitive skier, he trained and raced at the National Ski Academy and competed internationally—an experience that shaped his focus and determination.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He is an avid golfer and skier. He’s also a dedicated fan of the NFL and all Toronto sports teams.
